Job Description:
R13 are working with a fantastic training provider in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their enthusiastic team. Your role will revolve around producing marketing strategies, overseeing content and managing the events schedule. This is a highly varied role in which your input with drive forward the growth of the business’ marketing function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated marketing professional to join an ambitious business with a passionate and inclusive culture. You will be an all-rounder with drive and passion for delivering exceptional results.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available. This role offers a salary up to £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
*Creating and executing marketing strategies across a range of platforms.
*Overseeing the creation of engaging content tailored to the target audience.
*Perfecting the content strategy for both internal/external communications.
*Creating brand content and managing brand positioning.
*Management of company website.
*Creating and supporting with the implementation of personal branding for key business individuals.
*Identifying potential award/tender opportunities and devising successful applications.
*Providing marketing support to the businesses sister site and café.
You will have/be:
*Experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines from within a B2B background.
*Proven experience of executing marketing strategies and analysing results.
*Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
*Drive and passion for delivering exceptional results.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and proactively.
*Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to effectively manage your own workload.
*An understanding of safeguarding elements and a willingness to embed this within the organisation.
