Job Description:
We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity to work for a leading Logistics and Supply Chain company based in Stafford. A leading supply chain partner for British business, providing supply chain solutions up and down the country. Through a wealth of experience and knowledge we provide business critical services including storage, handling and distribution; high volume eFulfilment; retailer ’dark stores’; two-person home delivery; fleet and transport management; and network optimisation for many of the UK’s best-known companies.
Job Title - Warehouse Team Manager Hours of work - Monday to Friday, Rotating Days 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
Responsibilities :
*Take responsibility for all Health & Safety and Environmental issues during your shift.
*Support colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership.
*Ensure smooth coordination and handover management between shifts.
*Translate, analyse, and deliver customer needs through effective operations.
*Ensure resource availability and skilled, trained personnel.
*Deliver consistent service levels, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
*Provide effective leadership, management, and communication across all warehouse departments.
*Uphold high standards of excellence in culture and behaviours.
*Display a ’can do’ attitude to enhance team motivation.
*Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
*Engage with and treat employees with respect, promoting diversity.
*Recognise and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives.
*Ensure all internal and external KPIs are achieved and regularly reviewed.

*Operational experience.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Experience in people management, including disciplinary investigations and other processes.
*Strong analytical and numerical skills.
*Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation, and planning skills.
*Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
*Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
*Team development skills.
*Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
*Ability to work within a team and interact at all levels.
