About the Role
As a Financial Adviser, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering tailored financial advice that empowers clients across various life stages. You’ll help manage and grow existing relationships while actively developing new ones, supported by a highly collaborative team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
*Client-Focused Financial Planning: Provide bespoke financial advice, covering retirement planning, inheritance, tax efficiency, and more to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
*Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and creating opportunities for referrals.
*Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Investment Management and Professional Services teams, integrating comprehensive advice for clients.
*Meeting Structuring: Lead client meetings with professionalism and clarity, ensuring advice is accurate, timely, and meets each client’s specific needs.
*Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the New Business Pipeline, ensuring all details are updated and organized.
What You’ll Bring:
*Diploma qualified and working toward Chartered status, with a Level 4 or above certification.
*A minimum of 4 years in financial advisory roles with experience in fee-based client management.
*Strong communication skills to deliver holistic financial planning strategies clearly and effectively.
*Proven expertise in managing client relationships, with a service-focused approach that builds long-term trust.
*Ability to work within a regulatory framework, balancing compliance with excellent client service.
