Data Science Lead
Remote (UK)
Up to £100,000
Harnham are currently partnering with a leading telecommunications business hiring for a Data Science Lead.
The Role
As a Data Science Lead, you will be:
*Lead the technical vision and delivery of ML/AI initiatives across the business.
*Design and oversee end-to-end ML solutions, from experimentation through to product deployment.
*Drive adoption of MLOps best practices working closely with Engineering Leads.
*Build and develop a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
*Provide strategic leadership on DS/ML capabilities and opportunities.
Skills & Experience
*Python coding
*Strong SQL skills
*Experience with AB testing
*Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
*Track record of leading data science projects and teams.
