About the Role
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the company’s purchase ledger, ensuring smooth financial operations in a busy and growing business. Your responsibilities will include:
*Invoice Management: Checking purchase orders against invoices and processing them efficiently.
*Financial Administration: Dealing with incoming post, scanning invoices into the system, and posting/allocating cash to the ledger.
*Supplier Reconciliations: Reconciling supplier statements and matching invoices with payments.
*Payment Processing: Preparing regular payment runs and handling company expenses.
*Query Resolution: Resolving any discrepancies or queries quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
*Experience with Purchase Ledgers: You have experience in a similar role and are comfortable working with financial systems.
*SAGE & Excel Proficiency: You’re confident using SAGE products and have strong skills in Excel.
