Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
*Generate and implement AI/ML ideas, conducting experiments and evaluating outcomes.
*Prepare and present research findings at AI conferences and workshops.
*Collaborate with researchers and engineers to define, build, and test next-generation AI hardware.
Essential Qualifications:
*Master’s or PhD in a technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering).
*Proficiency in Python programming within modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch or JAX).
*Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals: models, optimization, evaluation, and scaling.
*Ability to design, execute, and report on machine learning experiments.
*Solid mathematical skills in calculus, probability theory, and linear algebra.
Desirable Skills:
*Experience in distributed computing or efficient computing using low-precision arithmetic.
*Familiarity with deep learning models, including large generative models for various modalities.
*Knowledge of machine learning applications in chemistry or biological sciences.
*Proficiency in lower-level programming for hardware efficiency (e.g., C++, CUDA).
*Understanding of hardware capabilities for deep learning (e.g., threads, caches).
*Familiarity with software stacks for deep learning (e.g., compilation, kernel fusion).
