Job Title: Dental Receptionist / Administrator
Location: S26
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: From £12 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
My client is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist / Administrator to join their practice in the S26 area. This role is ideal for someone with prior dental experience who thrives in a patient-facing environment and has strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet patients and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming experience
*Schedule and confirm patient appointments
*Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage patient correspondence
*Process patient records, billing, and payments
*Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a dental practice (essential)
*Proficiency with SOE software
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
