The right Engineering Shift Manager will support the maintenance shift team within a site-based environment while leading a team of shift leaders, skilled maintenance engineers, and assistants.
Maintenance Engineering Shift Manager
*Manage the shift team in day-to-day activities
*Lead while managing customer expectations
*Ensure that all the site equipment and machinery are maintained, and repaired within the agreed scope
*Ensuring delivery to always achieve KPI targets
*Undertake AMHE equipment servicing to the quality standards and time schedules set
*Compliance with Health & Safety legislation always
*Always looking for continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
*Ensure spares are kept to the levels required
*Ensure the delivery of key staff processes:
*Team and individual attendance
*Staff discipline
*Staff development is identified through (appraisal)

*Fully interact with other engineering team leaders to ensure shift consistency while sharing best practices.
*Qualifications: Engineering Shift Manager
*ONC, HNC, HND, BSC OR MSC in engineering
*Understanding of PLC equipment
