If you are a hands-on professional with expertise in Azure, Microsoft Servers, and SQL Databases, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while playing a pivotal role in managing and developing technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee and manage a range of technical operations, including cloud-based services (Azure) and on-premises servers.
*Provide hands-on support for Microsoft environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
*Maintain and optimise SQL databases, ensuring reliability and performance.
*Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
*Liaise with clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering tailored solutions.
*Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective.
Required Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience managing technical infrastructure, particularly in an MSP environment.
*Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and SQL Database management.
*Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and system integration.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
