Job Description:
Transport First Line Manager - Rotating Shifts
Monday - Friday: 06.00 - 16.00 / 13.00 - 23.00
Pay Rate: £35,255.50 PER ANNUM
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Transport First Line Manager to join our well-established client based in Derby.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great benefits and an amazing annual salary. This role requires an immediate start and is a permanent position
To be the first point of contact for the Transport Administrators and driving staff.

Day to Day Duties
* To complete all requested report data fully, accurately and in a timely manner.
* To oversee,review and conduct HR and incident investigations.
* To report any incidents to the Transport Manager.
* To conduct 1-2-1’s with direct reports.
* To positively challenge existing processes.
* Ensure drivers are following both EU and WTD hours and pass on any relevant information regarding these.
* To ensure they stay up to date with any legislation changes.
Essential Skills
* Previous experience of working within transport industry
Desirable Experience
* Proven experience in customer relationship management.
* Have managed financial budgets and annual Profit and Loss responsibility.
* Hold international or national CPC qualification and previous Transport Management experience.
