Technical Internal Sales
Permanent
Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Bridgetown, Cannock
£28,000p/a
Are you a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented individual ready to make an impact? My client in Cannock is seeking a Technical Internal Sales Representative to strengthen their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting customers with technical guidance, interpreting product applications, and providing quotations for a broad portfolio of products within the electronics industry.
The Job Role:
*Technical liaison with customers regarding products and applications
*Providing quotations from the sales team
*To answer queries via the telephone / email and any other forms of communication
*To participate in regular on going training, that is required for both new systems and products
Requirements:
*Electrical qualifications preferred
*Ability to read/ interpret customer drawings / schedules would be advantageous but not essential
*Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to understand product developments/ standards
*Knowledge of Microsoft office/ dynamics or similar CRM systems
