Croxley Green, Hertfordshire, WD3 3AD
*Full time (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, negotiable)
*Permanent role
*£25,000 - £29,000 per annum dependent on experience

Established in 1993, our client offers a wide range of security installations including CCTV and alarm systems. They take pride in their work and are an NSI (Nacos) Gold Approved company. From design and installation to maintenance and repairs they offer customers a fully comprehensive service, ensuring their clients’ property is safeguarded with bespoke, high-quality systems.
Due to continued expansion, they now require an Accounts Assistant to join the team.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-orientated Accounts / General Administrator to ensure the smooth running of their accounts. This role involves working closely with the Managing Director, overseeing day-to-day financial operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage purchase ledger
*Oversee sales ledger
*Handle credit control
*Prepare monthly reports
*Perform Ad Hoc office duties
The Ideal Candidate:
They are looking for a proactive individual with a background in accounting. The ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute commute of their Watford office and have proven experience with Sage.
Key Skills Include:
*Proficiency in Sage is essential
*Excellent computer and Excel skills
*Strong telephone manners and communication skills
*Willingness to learn new skills and develop procedures
*Ability to work in a dynamic environment with excellent attention to detail
