We’re looking for a passionate and skilled IT Manager to ensure our IT infrastructure supports our nationwide network of stores.
Your Role: As the IT Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technology operations, ensuring smooth and efficient IT services across our franchise and corporate network. With at least 4 years of experience in a comprehensive IT role, you will bring both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise.
*You’ll be a proactive problem solver, ready to drive high performance and innovation across the business.
*You will serve as the escalation point for your team and stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery of IT solutions to the business.

*Technical Expertise: *Windows Operating System
*Office 365 Admin
*EntraID Admin
*Windows Application Support
*Vulnerability Patch Management
*Administration of SaaS Applications
*Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead IT initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy of the business.
*Desirable Skills:
*Experience with Fortinet, Cisco and other networking technologies TCP/IP Networks
*Internet Network Security
*Wireless Networking
*Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)
*PowerShell Scripting
*Microsoft Azure Administration
