Job Description:
We are working with a long-standing client based in Leyburn to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. They are looking for someone proactive and organised to join them and be a key part in their future growth.
You will be working within a small team and be comfortable working both independently and with the team. You must be reliable, committed, and hard working. You will have good interpersonal skills and polite telephone manner as dealing with customers is a key part of the role. This will be best suited to someone that is a fast learner, adaptable and willing to help with all manners of tasks.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Pre and post event administration
*Taking payments and cash handling
*Accounts receivable
*Banking and account reconciliation including; PDQ machine management for the business
*Xero/Sage/Microsft Office experience required
*Working as part of the team to answer telephone enquiries and any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the business
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
This is a fully office based role, you must be within a comfortably commutable distance of Leyburn.
