Role Overview: As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the company. You will be responsible for managing month-end accounting processes, overseeing transactional finance elements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and execute month-end accounting processes.
*Oversee transactional finance elements, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
*Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
*Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Strong experience in month-end accounting processes.
*Proficiency in managing reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
