Key Responsibilities
*Champion best practices to deliver proactive, relationship-led advisory services to corporate clients
*Provide strategic direction and high-level advisory services within the firm
*Leverage your network to identify and develop new business opportunities
*Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of accountancy professionals
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
*Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted business advisor
Requirements
*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Demonstrated ability to leverage networks for business development
*Proven leadership and team development skills
*Strong commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
