Job Description:
Oversight of FDD Providers:
*Manage outsourced FDD providers to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Review and Quality Assurance:
*Review FDD submissions to identify errors, risks, and additional issues.
*Confirm that FDD aligns with guidelines and standards.
Timeliness and Efficiency:
*Ensure a quick turnaround for FDD deliverables.
Performance Analysis:
*Prepare, review, and challenge post-acquisition trading performance metrics.
Documentation:
*Draft and review board papers to ensure accurate documentation of FDD metrics, multiples, risks, and issues.
*Ensure that all financial, tax, and legal matters identified during due diligence are thoroughly documented.
Collaboration:
*Work closely with the CFO and Head of Corporate Development to address any points raised during the FDD approval process.
Data Integration:
*Ensure that all data collected during diligence is properly transferred to internal systems post-completion.
Special Projects:
*A wider part of your role will be to get involved with commercial strategy i.e. working with procurement to drive cost-base down and any other areas that will make the business money or save the business money
