POSITION: Matrimonial Lawyer

ROLE
*Manage a diverse caseload of matrimonial and family law cases, guiding clients through every step with empathy and expertise.
*Offer insightful legal advice on divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, and financial settlements, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
*Create compelling legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court submissions, that advocate for your clients’ best interests.
*Take the lead in negotiations and court proceedings, showcasing your advocacy skills and commitment to client success.
*Foster strong connections with clients through open communication and unwavering support, helping them feel secure during uncertain times.
*Keep up to date with the latest developments in family law and contribute to the team’s collective knowledge and growth.
REQUIREMENTS
*English qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in family law.
*Must be experienced in matrimonial finance.
*Experience of children work would be advantageous.
*A compassionate, client-centric mindset that prioritises the well-being of those you serve.
*The ability to juggle multiple cases while maintaining a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
