Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Hours: 08:30-15:15
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

Day to day of the role:
*Provide one-on-one support to students, catering to their individual needs and ensuring their academic and personal growth.
*Work closely with teaching staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
*Assist with the implementation of classroom activities, personalized learning plans, and student assessments.
*Promote positive behaviour and contribute to creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant role within state or independent schools is highly desirable.
*Candidates with transferable skills from backgrounds such as residential support worker, care worker, or individual needs assistant are also welcome to apply.
*A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health issues).
