ROLE
*Advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisition, development, leasing, and investment.
*Draft and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
*Conduct due diligence and provide risk assessments for real estate transactions.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless legal support.
*Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
*Contribute to business development initiatives, including client presentations and networking events.
REQUIREMENTS
*Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
*Strong understanding of property law and related regulations.
*Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
