ROLE
*Advise clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
*Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
*Conduct due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure successful transaction execution.
*Stay abreast of industry developments, legal updates, and best practices to provide informed counsel.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
*Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and networking opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
*Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
*Strong understanding of property law and real estate practices.
*Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*A client-focused, proactive approach to legal challenges.
*Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
