ROLE
*Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
*Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
*Conduct due diligence investigations for real estate transactions and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
*Stay updated on relevant property laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all legal matters and advising clients accordingly.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively communicating to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
*Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities, contributing to your own growth and the broader team’s expertise.
REQUIREMENTS
*Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
*In-depth knowledge of property law and real estate transactions.
*Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
*A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
