POSITION: Project Finance Senior Associate (7 years PQE)

QC Legal are excited to have partnered with a top tier multinational law firm to offer qualified finance lawyers with at least years 7 PQE who have experience in the Project Finance. You will be joining a top flying team to deliver excellent results for the firm with a reputation for success.
ROLE
*You will be involved in a wide range of top tier and high value project and finance work, including development and financing of new energy and infrastructure projects and refinancings, operational support and M&A relating to those projects, as well as other energy efficiency and low carbon advisory mandates.
*You will be acting for a number of UK and international banks, renewable energy developers, oil and gas/energy companies, infrastructures funds, private equity and utilities.
*This is a transactional role, with a large amount of client contact and the opportunity to specialise in a strategic and diverse industry sector.
REQUIREMENTS
*England & Wales qualified lawyer.
*7+ years PQE
*Demonstrated experience in energy & infrastructure.
*Is commercially aware and has strong technical knowledge.
*Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
*Be well-organised and have good project management skills.
