Job Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound inquiries regarding the company’s market intelligence products.
*Re-engage with former clients and purchasers of services to promote renewed business relationships.
*Collaborate with the Client Solutions Team to understand and address client needs effectively.
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity within the CRM system.
*Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and market trends.
*Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.


Qualifications Required:

*Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within a B2B environment with knowledge based solutions such as market intelligence, information services, market research or conferences.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
*Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
*Experience in working with CRM systems to track sales and client interactions.
*A solid understanding of market intelligence or related services is a plus.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
