LOCATION:                Bristol   
SALARY:                    £18.44 - £21.46 inclusive / £20.98 - £24.53 Umbrella 
DURATION:Temp till March 2025
HOURS:                      37.5 Mon – Fri 9-5

Preferred Requirements:
*Proven experience in managing or leading a team within the health or social care sector.
*Demonstrable understanding of issues surrounding drug and alcohol misuse.
*Ability to engage and influence community stakeholders positively.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Commitment to promoting equality and diversity in service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
*Certification in Addiction Studies or similar qualifications.
*Experience working with diverse populations.
