Job Description:
The Communications Manager is a pivotal role in driving the not-for-profit organisation’s messaging and brand forward. This role requires a creative and strategic individual who is capable of managing the marketing and agency department and effectively communicating the company’s mission and goals.

Description
*Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and mission.
*Lead and manage the marketing and agency department.
*Work closely with the senior leadership team across both organisations to advise on, and deliver, all areas of communication and engagement.
*Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
*Stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in communications, advocacy, and public affairs
*Communicate and engage with stakeholders on a regular basis.
*Coordinate with the media, public relations and events coordinators to ensure coverage on local and national levels.
*Analyse and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies.
*Uphold the values and mission of the not-for-profit organisation at all times.
Profile
A successful Communications Manager should have:
*A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
*Proven experience in a managerial role within a marketing or communications department.
*Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
*The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design software (Photoshop, InDesign).
Job Offer
