*Proven experience in social care, paediatrics, and reablement.
*Strong skills in moving and handling, seating assessment, and home adaptations.
*In-depth knowledge of specialized equipment provision for adults and children.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
NonStop are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Community Occupational Therapy Team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including adults and children, to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide Occupational Therapy support within social care, paediatrics, and reablement settings.
*Conduct comprehensive assessments for moving and handling, seating, and home adaptations.
*Collaborate with clients and caregivers to recommend and implement specialized equipment and adaptations.
*Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
*Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to advocate for client needs and coordinate service provision.
