Our client is a well-established and customer service focused Mortgage Brokerage who have their own independent Estate Agency arm; and they are looking for a talented, ambitious Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection adviser to join their team.

Key responsibilities for this Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role
*Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or re-mortgage properties
*Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer service expectations.
*Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
*Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
*Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trends
*Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times
 
Skills and experience for this Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role
*You must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent qualification
*Minimum of 24 months experience, preferably within the Estate Agency sector
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Ability to convert business and generate new business in a target driven enrionment
*Good track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
