Job Description:
Our client is looking for part-time Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on permanent basis.The role is based in Warrington, close to town centre and major transport links.
You will be working as a part of small finance team and assist with accounts administration for the company. The role include working 20-30 hours a week, including Thursday and Friday. The role is office based.
Basic pay is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum pro rata the hours.
The role:
*Company credit card administration
*Weekly custom clearance submissions
*Processing purchase invoices
*Processing employee expenses
*Update monthly Environmental usage tracker
*Provide holiday cover for the finance team
*Assisting with annual stock take administration
*Assist with other accounting duties as required
*Payroll administration - collating information for submission to payroll bureau
Key skills:
*Excellent Excel knowledge
*Ability to work in faced paced environment
*Proactive mindset
*Willing learner / curious about systems and processes
*Attention to detail with strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
*Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently
*Confident in using multiple bespoke software systems
*Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team
*Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
Qualifications Required:
*AAT qualifications
*Excellent Excel skills
