Road Freight Operator

£30,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities:


*Oversee the entire Road Freight Operations process from start to finish.
*Quote and price shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured.
*Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process.
*Manage key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery.
*Arrange timely and accurate documentation for shipments.
*Complete customs documentation as required.
*Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
*Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish.
*Ability to collaborate with customers to provide the best possible service.
