Job Description:
We are thrilled to be supporting our client, a leading London University, in their search for a Programme and Business Support Assistant provide support to the Business Services Team.
This is a full time role (9-5pm), running from now until early March 2025 in the first instance. You will be required on site 4 days per week and the remainder remote, however this may decrease to 3 days during quieter weeks.
In this role, you will:
*Conduct administrative and operational tasks
*Monitor and maintain stock levels
*Coordinate team calendars and meetings
*Organise and monitor databases and records
*Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
*Accurately process invoices and input financial data into systems
You will need:
*Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders
*Sound knowledge of standard IT packages
*Experience in standard financial management processes
*Experience of working in a customer facing environment
This post is looking to start as soon as possible, so you will need to be available immediately or at short notice in order to be considered.
