Your new company
Our client is a legalfirm based in Manchester City Centre and looking for a legal cashier.
Your new role
You willbe responsible;
*Undertaking daily banking functions
*Processing client and office accounting transactions,including postings
*Handling BACS, CHAPS, and international payments
*Banking incoming cheques between office and clientaccounts
*Managing card payments, both in person and over thetelephone
*Preparing cheques
*Administering the purchase ledger
*Undertaking daily postings
*Producing accounts reports for Fee Earners
*Assisting with month and year-end processes
What you’ll need to succeed
You willhave:
*Previous experience in a similar role within a legalor professional services environment
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Proficiency in accounting software and MicrosoftOffice Suite
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
