** Event Support Administrator **
6 MONTHS CONTRACT TO START IN JAN 2025
Interviews: w/c 25th Nov 2024 & w/c 2nd Dec 2024
*Salary £27k-£30k
*Start Date: Jan 2025
*Based in Guildford, Surrey
*Hybrid Working: 2 days WFH, 3 days on office
Our client based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Event Support Administrator. This role will be offered on a 6 Month Contract to support the team with all pe-event activities for their upcoming UK Event in 2025. You will also have the opportunity to attend the 3-day live event with all expenses paid. You will support the Marketing Department & Customer Success Manager in all pre-event, operational and marketing planning preparation to maintain first class customer service.
Key duties:
*Managing and resolving exhibitor queries efficiently via email and telephone
*Ensuring deadlines are met (stand announcement forms, stand plans, exhibitor stand orders)
*Keeping the exhibitor manual up to date with important event information
*Creating visa letters for international exhibitors
*Support any remaining new exhibitor onboarding
*Data gathering & preparation for event preview and show guide
*Data collection for content programme
*Exhibitor Training & Support of the event app
*Tracking exhibitor marketing activity
*Pre-show team preparation including accommodation, parking, onsite schedule, badges, printing as required for sales & marketing
*Support Customer Success Manager with Sales Partner attendance & co-ordination
Requirements
*Excellent communication internally and externally
*Excellent relationship management with clients
*Excellent telephone manner
*Highly organised
*Good attention to detail
*Proficient in MS Office and use of CRM systems
*Team player
