An leading education organisation located inManchester is seeking a proactive and positive Accounts Payable Assistant to assist their finance team. This role is on a temporary basis, with the potential to permanent.

Your new role
You will be supporting the accounts payable supervisor and wider team;
*Chasing suppliers forVAT refunds
*Reconciling supplierstatement - requesting missing invoices and chasing invoice holds
*Liaise with suppliers forrefunds of debit balances
*Liaise requisitionerson aged holds

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have:
*Experience in Accounts Payable function
*Understand P2Pprocess.
*Excellent written and verbal communications
*Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ERP system, Oracle preferable.
*Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

What you’ll get in return

£14 -16 per hour dependent on experience
