Data Management:
*Manage and maintain data integrity and accuracy within systems
*Analyse and manage data to ensure efficient operations
Data Entry:
*Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems
*Ensure quotes are entered efficiently and accurately into systems
Pricing and Cost Management:
*Create and manage pricing spreadsheets to support sales and operations
*Track costs and budgets to ensure
Documentation:
*Generate quotes and client agreements
*Upload data and update documents as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven experience in data administration or similar
*Strong proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, CRMs or other software/systems
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Enjoys working at pace in a busy environment
*Excellent communication skills
