Job Description:
Sales Manager | remote/field-based | £45k + 10 to 15% quarterly bonus + company vehicle or £7k car allowance | €330m turnover business
I’m currently working with an established European manufacturer of technical fabrics (€320m turnover and 50 years’ history) who supply into a variety of manufacturing sectors across the UK.
We’re currently looking for a motivated technical salesperson who has a passion for customer engagement to drive growth across the UK account portfolio, and your experience looks great! You’ll be supporting and developing a large existing customer base, using your business development skills to arrange visits and scope out growth opportunities.
You’ll be learning from an experienced UK team, driving growth through your own strategy without the burden of micro-management or KPIs. Training will be provided across France and Italy to ensure you’re well versed in the company’s products, solutions, and processes.
Salary: £45k base salary + 10 to 15% quarterly bonus + company vehicle or £7k car allowance.
Location: National role, 3 days on the road and 2 days at home. Office attendance is optional (Leicester).
Duration: Permanent.
