Job Description:
Lettings Administrator
*Location: Westbourne
*Job Type: Full-Time
*Salary£24k depending on experience
Day-to-day of the role:
*Coordinate and manage maintenance requests and repairs for rental properties, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
*Schedule and oversee tenant check-outs, making sure all procedures are adhered to and the property is ready for the next occupant.
*Arrange and ensure the completion of gas safety inspections and reports, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
*Manage the return of deposits post check-out, conducting inspections, and handling any disputes or deductions fairly and efficiently.
*Conduct thorough tenant referencing and background checks to ensure the suitability and reliability of prospective tenants.
*Organise and conduct property viewings, providing information and answering questions to help secure new tenancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience within Estate agency is desirable
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact positively with tenants and clients.
*A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance and tenant issues effectively.
*Proficiency in property management software is highly advantageous.
