Job Description:
Key Account Manager | £45k + £6k car allowance + £20k OTE + 5% bonus
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join an exciting high-growth business in Norton Canes. This company have a vibrant and modern office space with 80 employees, having grown to a £30m turnover.
This role is focused on proactively arranging and delivering regular in-person meetings with your clients across your region to drive revenue growth via cross-selling and customer retention. This role is based on site 3 days per week in Norton Canes, and field-based 2 days per week. Candidates who are based locally and have a strong background in field-based account management, cross-selling, and relationship building would be well suited for this role. Manufacturing/engineering/product-focused sales background is preferred.
Salary: £45k + £6k car allowance + £20k OTE (paid monthly, scales up to 38k for high performance) + 5% of salary bonus (paid quarterly).
Location: Norton Canes, office based 3 days per week, field-based 2 days per week.
Duration: full time/permanent.
