We have an amazing opportunity to join an expanding finance firm that has gone through exponential growth over the last 5 years as their HR Business Partner! This is the perfect chance to oversee exciting changes in an international firm.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this HR Business Partner role, you will implement and manage change that will improve efficiency and company culture across the business. This is perfect for someone who is innovative and forward-thinking.
*Create, develop and drive employee benefit and engagement globally
*Work with senior managers to develop the recruitment and onboarding strategy
*Work with the Head of HR to development introduce new Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
*Provide help with general HR issues across the business
*Work with Managing Directors on people performance and culture projects
WHO YOU ARE
This is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people from all areas of the business and is looking to further their career in HR. Working in a people centric environment, the HR team play a crucial role in setting the tone and the ideal candidate will be someone who is happy to integrate with the whole team, is a confident communicator and thrives in an energetic and busy environment.
*5 years of HR experience
*Experience working with global teams would be beneficial
*Experience dealing with complex ER cases
*Experience implementing DEI initiatives
*A positive can-do attitude
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
