Job Description:
A well-established law firm located in are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join their team in Ashford, Middlesex.
As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will be expected to manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial transactions. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the growth of the firm while providing high-quality legal services to clients in Feltham and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
*Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on property-related issues.
*Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
*Collaborate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
*Stay informed about changes in property law and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.
*Attend meetings and negotiations on behalf of clients as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive (2 years PQE plus)
*Strong understanding of residential and commercial property law.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Organized and capable of managing a caseload independently.
*Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales.
