Job Description:
Sales Executive
Our client’s small, family feel team are looking for a Sales Executive to work within their lively and friendly sales environment. This is a new role for a confident and outgoing individual. No experience is necessary as full training, and support will be given to you.
They sell various corporate hospitality packages all over the world, including Royal Ascot, Glastonbury, Formula 1 and many more.
They like to reward the staff in all areas of the business with early finishes, when targets are met, Company days out to events, such as Royal Ascot and even a companywide trip to Tenerife this year.
They also raised 5k for charity climbing Snowden last year, with a new challenge booked in for 2025 to raise money for a new chosen charity.

Job Role:
*Identifying and generating leads or new prospective customers.
*Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
*Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals.
*Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues.
*Keeping up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
*Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
*Reporting sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to sales managers or supervisors.
*Attending sales meetings and training to stay updated on company policies and business practices.
*Continuously learning and improving sales techniques and strategies to enhance sales performance.
Requirements:
*Be able to work well under pressure, alone and as part of a team.
*Good telephone manner.
*Possess excellent communication and organisational skills along with multitasking.
*Reliable and committed.
*Target driven.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 OTE and competitive commission structure
Hours of work: 40 hours per week; 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks)
