Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dumper Operator / Groundworker to join our team in Luton. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a dumper and undertaking various groundworks tasks on site.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate a dumper safely and efficiently.
*Carry out groundworks including excavation, trenching, and site preparation.
*Assist in the setting up and maintaining of site safety and cleanliness.
*Collaborate with other site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
*Follow site plans and instructions accurately.
*Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
*Valid NPORS or CPCS card for dumper operation.
*Previous experience in groundworks and dumper operation.
*Strong awareness of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
*Good communication skills.
