Description
*Maintain and optimise manufacturing equipment for maximum efficiency.
*Identify and rectify faults in equipment to minimise downtime.
*Adhere to all safety and quality standards within the manufacturing plant.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing team.
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
*Liaise with suppliers and external technicians as required.
*Document all maintenance and repair activities for future reference.
*Participate in training and development programmes to enhance technical skills.
Profile
A successful Focus Technician should have:
*Relevant technical qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
*Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
*Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify faults in equipment.
*Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards within the FMCG industry.
