Our client, a well-established company, based in Wombourne, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor/ Lead Generator to join their Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service and generating leads for the existing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Transport checks
*Informing customers of deliveries
*Inputting customer purchase orders
*Generating new tenders
*Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise)
*Reporting (collating management information)
*Black Books (finding new companies)
*Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives (where you will also attend to build a relationship)
The Successful Candidate:
*A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
*To be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/ customer service experience would be helpful but not essential.
*Hold a UK Driving Licence
*Full Training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome.
