*Client Engagement: You’ll become a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients in West Yorkshire. By fostering trust and guiding them through the mortgage selection process, you’ll aim to secure 1-2 successful mortgage completions per week.
*Tailored Mortgage Solutions: Based on the introducer’s requirements, you’ll offer a range of flexible fee-based and non-fee-based mortgage options to cater to diverse client needs in West Yorkshire. This ensures you can offer the perfect mortgage solution for each client’s unique financial situation.
*Proactive Business Development: Complement the provided leads by actively reaching out to new build developers in the thriving West Yorkshire area. This initiative will expand your client base and generate additional business opportunities, solidifying your position as a leading West Yorkshire new build mortgage specialist.
