The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency, essential components for the success of any project. This role involves not only working with clients and contractors but also nurturing a positive team environment.
As a key member of one of the most well-regarded and personable teams in the industry, the Senior Construction Project Manager will be involved in exciting, complex, and bespoke schemes across London.
Responsibilities:
*Leading and managing diverse projects in the Commercial Property sector.
*Cultivating a collaborative and transparent working environment.
*Efficiently managing teams and project deliverables.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
*A BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
*Ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards it.
*The capability to efficiently lead projects and teams.
*A full driver’s license.
*Proficiency in managing all RIBA stages.
*Prior experience in a Consultancy role.
*Significant experience in the Commercial Property sector.
