Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £28,000 - £32,500
Monday to Friday, full time (permanent)
Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote working
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives
*Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
*Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
*Handle confidential information with discretion
*Liaise with clients and internal staff on behalf of executives
*Organise and maintain office files and records
*Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings
Qualifications:
*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Positive attitude and a bubbly personality
