Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the classroom teacher to support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
*Provide individualised attention and support to students with different learning needs, ensuring their academic progress and well-being.
*Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources.
*Supervise and facilitate group activities and projects.
*Implement behaviour management strategies and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their educational and personal development.
*Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and development.
*Collaborate with other members of the school community, including parents and external professionals, to ensure effective support for students.
Requirements:
*Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
*Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
*Knowledge of the national curriculum and understanding of different learning styles.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
*Empathy and patience in working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
