Teaching Assistant
Location: Hyde, Greater Manchester
Position Type: Full-time, Temporary (Starting Novemeber)
Salary Range: £85-£95 per day
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students.
*Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
*Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
*Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
*Support students with special educational needs or additional learning needs, as required.
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Hold a Level L1 or higher in a Teaching Assistant qualification.
*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
