Job Description:
If you are a Recruitment professional who would love to join a fast-growing global business as part of a well-established team which can offer long term career progression, then this role will be perfect for you.
This fast-growing business is looking for an experienced Recruiter (from either an in-house or agency background) to take ownership of all Business Services recruitment for number of business-critical roles. The role will see you providing a full range of recruitment support and advice to hiring managers, focussing on quality of hire and reducing cost where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
*Direct sourcing and attraction strategy
*Selection and assessment
*Campaign management
*Agency/PSL management
*Stakeholder management
*Candidate experience
Experience required:
*Managing high volume recruitment (whether agency or In-house) for business support roles
*Experience of direct hiring initiatives - working with recruiting managers to identify the most cost-effective method of identifying and attracting suitable candidates
*Ability to talent map and source referrals
*Advertising (online and print)
*Market mapping and search
